If you did not order your memory directly from Sweet Memory, we would ask that you contact the business that you purchased it from.
If your memory was purchased via Sweet Memory and you need to return it, please follow the instructions below.
Step 1
Call your regional sales representative at 650-802-7110 to request an RMA number (Return Material Authorization).
Step 2
Upon receiving an RMA number, returned products should be shipped to the following address:

Step 3
Please be very obvious about marking the RMA number on your returning package. Products returned without an RMA authorization and/or without an authorization number on the outside of the package may be refused delivery and/or sent back to the customer.
If possible, please repackage the modules in the original static bags and pack them securely with bubble wrap and/or packing peanuts. To expedite the processing of your return, please include a copy of the original packing slip.
After we've received the product back, replacements will be sent or your account or credit card will be credited promptly.
