Terms and Conditions
If you do not accept the terms and conditions set forth herein, you may, within thirty (30) days from purchase, return the product(s) to Sweet Memory, Inc. (or the place of purchase if not purchased directly from Sweet Memory, Inc.) for a full refund of the purchase price (but not original or return shipping and handling charges). You must call Sweet Memory, Inc. Customer Service at sales@sweetmemory.com for return procedures.
Claims against Sweet Memory, Inc. for shortages shall be deemed waived if not made within three (3) business days after receipt of the shipment. Claims against Sweet Memory, Inc. for incorrect fit and form which renders the devices unable to perform properly must be made within seven (7) days after receipt of the shipment. Claims against Sweet Memory, Inc. for product that is determined to be D.O.A. (defective on arrival) must be made withing seven (7) days after receipt of the shipment.
Customer agrees to pay interest at the lesser of eighteen percent (18%) per year or the maximum amount allowed by law on all past due amounts, together with costs of collection, including cost of litigation and reasonable attorney's fees.
